Hi, I'm Katy...
I’ve helped countless people to make the changes they were seeking in ways that worked for them. I'm an accredited coach helping people to make meaningful, sustainable changes. I believe this happens best when we involve our mind, body and soul (the heart of who we are). This means:
Mind: Helping you explore the mindsets, beliefs and assumptions that might be holding you back and how these and your perceptions are shaping your reality. We can be unknowingly stuck in old patterns and roles that make it hard to move forwards.
Body: Building your awareness of how your brain and body react to situations and offering movement, posture, breathwork and other physical strategies to enable sustainable changes that thinking alone can’t provide by working with your nervous system, rather than against it.
Soul: Maintaining the bigger picture of who you are as a person – what’s most important to you, how you see yourself and how the changes you’re seeking fit into the rest of your life.
By working in this way, I enable people just like you to move forward with calm, confident clarity, ensuring that the changes you make are sustainable and that they benefit your mental, emotional and relational health.
